PCBA คือแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ที่ประกอบชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แล้วและต้องผ่านการทดสอบการทำงานก่อนส่งมอบ VCU Board คือบอร์ดควบคุม logic หลักของรถจักรยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า เช่น throttle input, safety interlock, battery signal, dashboard communication และ motor controller interface ส่วน COM Board คือบอร์ดสื่อสารที่เชื่อม VCU, BMS, dashboard, charger หรือ telematics module เข้าด้วยกัน บอร์ดเหล่านี้จึงต้องคุม connector pinout, firmware version, BOM revision และ test procedure พร้อมกันตั้งแต่ต้น
